Entirely handmade of blown Murano glass and steel, this chandelier is a limited edition production by the Italian artist and designer Giovanni Dalla Fina. In conceiving it, the artist aimed at producing an artwork that could bring together science, art and the technique of the blown Murano glass. He took inspiration from the fundamental particle of the chemical elements, namely the atom, represented by the two milk-white glass hemispheres in the middle of the chandelier. These contain the luminous core of the atom, that’s to say protons and neutrons, and are surrounded by steel orbits and black and white glass electrons.
The atom’s hemispheres enshrine in total 12 lights, which create a delicate milk-white light suitable for any sober yet sophisticated space. The chandelier is supported to the ceiling by an elegant black and white glass stem.
The professional rewiring of the chandelier, according to your country specification, will be included in the service as a courtesy.
